Step 1: Book Your Appointment
To begin, contact us by calling or emailing us. Provide details about the documents you need notarised, and we may ask for scanned copies to review. Based on your needs, we’ll advise on the best approach, provide a quote, and arrange your appointment.
Step 2: Appointment Availability
Our Surrey office, located at Windwards, The Glade, Tadworth, KT20 6JJ, operates by appointment only during weekdays, evenings and weekends (subject to availability). Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll guide you on what to bring and prepare.
Step 3: Preparing for Your Appointment
Before your visit, ensure you have the necessary identification and any relevant documentation. Before the appointment, we will email you a Client Registration Form to complete. At the appointment, we’ll verify your identity so please refer to our ID requirements to confirm what you need to bring.
Step 4: During Your Appointment
Your documents will be notarised while you wait. Appointments typically take 15 to 30 minutes. After the notarisation, we’ll take payment and provide your completed documents. If needed, a scanned copy can be emailed to you.
For services requiring Apostille or Consular Legalisation, you’ll leave your documents with us, and we’ll notify you when the process is complete.
