We started out in Mitcham, London when in 1983 as the sole practice of Basil Preuveneers. At the time the notarial profession was dominated by a small number of scrivener notaries who held a monopoly to practice within three miles of the City of London. In 1999 that monopoly ended and in 2004 Basil registered a company and moved to Victoria in central London.
Since the move, the firm has grown from strength to strength. In 2016 Hasib Heron became partner and the firm has continued to thrive, becoming one of the leading notary firms in the UK. Our notaries are all qualified solicitors and bring a wealth of experience and professionalism to our services. Underpinned with our knowledgeable and friendly support team, we are better placed than ever to help clients both in the UK and internationally.
