Our Victoria Notary Office
Our Head Office is located in Victoria, central London. To the east is Westminster and to our west is Belgravia – home to many of the embassies and consulates in London.
We are a few minutes’ walk from London Victoria underground and train stations. You can find us on the corner of Victoria Square and Lower Grosvenor Place, facing The Royal Mews. Our entrance is located on Victoria Square.
All correspondence and post should be sent/delivered to our Victoria office address.

How do I make an appointment?
It’s easy! All you need to do is give us a call, send us an email or fill in the contact form on our website.
What do I need to bring with me on the day?
For a notarisation appointment, you’ll need to bring the following:
- Valid identification: A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport, or state ID card. The ID must be current and include a clear photograph and signature.
- Documents to be notarised: Bring the original documents that require notarisation. Ensure they are complete but not signed, as the notary must witness your signature.
How much does it cost to get documents notarised?
The minimum charge for notarising a single document is £80 plus VAT (£96) for personal documents and £100 plus VAT (£120) for business documents.
